Way back in the day, Spider-Man's gooey nemesis, Venom, spawned  five  offspring: Riot, Phage, Agony, Lasher and Scream—the Life Foundation Symbiotes. They all had their time to shine...except Agony. After its host was slaughtered, Agony spent most of her time getting dragged along for the ride as Hybrid.  But what kind of creature is Agony when it's alone? What does it really want? What sort of host could make it a hero? What sort of host could it make a monster?  Would it want to be either of those things?

Web of Venom: Agony is a story about two very different creatures—a young girl that seeks death and a young symbiote that wants to live more than anything. Thrown into the same body and forced to protect their home from a symbiote outbreak, can they work together? Or will they destroy each other trying?
